Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Very easy and very good. I added cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas and carrots, one can of Grands biscuits that I let cook two hours. Shredded the chicken right before serving. Everything came our creamy and yummy on a cold night. I will make this again.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
I have made this so many times this summer and it is a huge hit! It does make a ton so if you're having a smaller group I would cut the recipe in half.

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder
I followed the recipe and added a few more things to the first step: two chopped carrots and two chopped celery stalks. This added a little bit more flavor and chunkiness to this easy one-pot supper! It was very yummy on such a cold night. I will make it again.
