I am 63 years old and I have been cooking since I was 5 years old. I had 11 younger siblings so my father had me start at 5 with breakfast. I love to cook seafood and meat main entrees. Christmas when my daughter and I cook together. We've done this now for 26 years. Developing my own recipes from scratch. Scorching the meals right before company came is the worse tragedy I've had. Next would be leaving out baking powder when making biscuits.
