Marinated Tuna Steak
This was wonderful! It was easy to prepare and uses ingredients that most people have in their refrigertor/pantry without having to go to the store. It did not over power the flavor of the tuna. I marinated the tuna steaks for about 45 minutes and cooked them on our George Foreman grill. I will definitely make this again!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
This spread was fabulous!!! They only thing I did different was to add some panko on top before I microwaved it. I took it for a potluck at work and everyone raved about it! I actually had to print off several copies of the dip to hand out! Next time I will put it in the oven to compare the taste and textures. I served it with toasted french bread slices and a co-worker had brought some Wheat Thins and it tasted great with both. Thank you so much for the recipe. I can't tell you how many compliments I got on it!!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Well, I didn't make this cake but one of my co-workers did for a birthday celebration and it is FANTASTIC!!! This cake is so moist and the chocolate chips add that perfect 'oomph' to an already fantastic recipe. I will definitely be making this cake myself in the not too distant future!
