Pineapple Casserole Dessert
My 15 year old son made this exactly as the recipe says. I was very skeptical because I'm not a fan of bread pudding - but it is delicious! Very tasty - 5 stars from the whole family.

Apple Cole Slaw
Fantastic! I doubled this for a party and it was the first thing gone. Many people asked for the recipie. I subbed 1c of broccoli slaw for cabbage, added green and yellow peppers and more carrotts. Very pretty and delicious!
