Walnut-Tarragon Chicken Tenders
This is a delicious change to regular chicken tenders. I use boneless skinless thighs too, a huge hit with my young son AND me!

Spaghetti Sauce I
I have searched for sauce recipes for years, and thought the more complex the better it must be - but this is it, this is MY #1 recipe now - thanks for sharing it.

Apricot Chicken I
this is so fast to prepare (it is more like 3 minutes), and can be frozen - I thaw it out in my oven with it programed to turn on an hour before we get home from work and dinner is ready as soon as the rice is cooked - yummmm, my 5 year old son LOVES it served with rice.
