Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I have made this roast twice, the first time I followed the directions exactly and it turned out good but very bland. This time I added the montreal steak seasoning when browning, used the beef stock instead of water, and a couple cloves of garlic. WAY better, so much flavor. Great basic recipe that I have had fun perfecting!
