Lentil Soup III
Holy Cow, was this good. I added some sliced black olives into the mix too. It's below zero outside, but my tummy is nice and warm! Thanks for the recipe!

Apple Butter Cookies
The batter tasted great, but as the other reviewer mentioned they spread out during baking. Though it could have been something I did incorrect but it they almost seem soggy(?).
