Peppy's Pita Bread
made these last night ..my first pita recipe..so easy and so good.i used all white flour and my bread machine on the dough cycle....i didn't have a rack to cook them on so i just put them on a baking sheet timed oven for exactly 5 min and put directly in a container with a lid....side note...while i was letting them sit on the counter after i had rolled them into circles my sweet little 4 yr old put her hand imprint on a couple those didn't rise well while baking because the dough stuck together where the hand was...i had rolled some smaller and some bigger ..some thinner and some thicker they all came out good the thinner ones were thin on both sides..evenly, but the thicker ones were thin on one side and thicker on the other..i don't know if this was because i used a baking sheet instead of a rack or due to the thickness ..next time i will be very careful to handle the dough as little as possible i really think this is the key to making these good ..not to over work the dough..or put you hand print into them...good recipe..

Bread Machine Bagels
i only boil them for 10 sec each side ...been making these for 2 years now come out great every time ...i found that cutting down on the boiling time makes the bagel not stick to your teeth....it is more soft and less chewy....great basic recipe can easily add dried fruit or japs and cheddar cheese for variety of bagel flavors....thanks for this great recipe!!!

Three Cheese Noodle Bake
this is an easy basic mac n cheese recipe that tastes great!!! plus in the world of mac n cheese this one is actaully pretty healthy since you can use fat free products....i have been making this recipe for my family for over a year now....i use mustard and worchire and i always add extra cheese to it because i never remember to save some for the top...i also add onion and sometimes garlic...sometimes the noodles come out a little crunchy on top but that is how i know it is doner ...my family loves the extra little crunch :) if you are a picky eater or have texture issues this may not be a good recipe for you....my family loves it but we are not picky...we usually eat pretty healthy so this is junk food for us....very yummy and easy to change the flavor to your own personal taste..and one more thing i think that the cottage cheese is one of the things that make this dish great i think that rocatta would give it a very different flavor....
