Awesome Bow Tie Pasta

Pretty good and simple. I don't have air conditioning, so I wanted something cool and simple. I added onion and green pepper, and it was great!

Baked Ziti I

I am continually using this recipe over and over again. It is always a hit with my friends. I am getting ready to use it with the cooking class I teach--I know they will love it! I usually make it without the meat and it is delicious.

Ultimate Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse

I made this with my class, and at the last minute I had to exchange Irish Cream with raspberry. They loved it, and even I did--I don't really like chocolate!
