Baked Tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil
This was not one of our favorites. My kids ate it but under protest, and I have to admit I filled up on veggies that night.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
They were a bit on the salty side, and I LIKE SALTY. If I were to make them again I would change it a bit. Overall, they tasted good.

Cookie Dough Hummus
I was thinking, yeah right...cookie dough from beans? WOW! Even my PICKY 7 year old ate it and liked it. We changed it up a bit by adding mini chocolate chips and extra "real maple syrup". Thanks Serafina for a great find! :)
