My dad taught me a lot about cooking/baking. I learned to love cooking. They always say a way to a man's heart is...through his stomach. My first thing I cooked for my husband of 11 yrs, chicken enchiladas. They are still one of his favs. I love a challange in the kitchen. I really enjoy baking and grilling. Baking Christmas cookies as a child with my aunt. I continue the tradition with my son. :) Pork chops with ranch rice...my husband would agree it was terrible!
