Garlic Chicken
Great recipe & easy. I added crushed Sunkist Brand Roasted Garlic almonds to the bread crumb mixture & it was fabulous!!!

Easy Rum Cake
Great rum cake & very easy... I always use Meyers Rum in my cakes for a great rum flavor.

Baked Basil Fries
EXCELLENT!!!! I will definitely make these again and perhaps try other herbs in placef the basil... maybe oregano or tarragon or thyme... endless possibilities.
