Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are phenomenal. I substituted 1/4 of the chocolate chips with peanut butter chips because I LOVE peanut butter. Wow - these could win contests. I quadrupled the recipe, used a small ice cream scoop and scooped up dough balls onto a cookie sheet and popped it in the freezer. After they are completely frozen, I'm going to put them in a freezer bag with the baking instructions and give them as gifts (well, some of them). I can't wait to share this recipe!

Chocolate Cheesecake I
I made this for a friend's birthday. I changed the crust to a basic shortbread crust, used the filling in this recipe exactly, and then put a chocolate ganache on top. It was uber-chocolately and perfect for a birthday cake!

Chocolate Trifle
This was wonderful. I talked my sister into making it for Christmas Eve. Everyone loved it and devoured all of it!
