I'm a student, and when I went to live alone I simply didn't want to become one of those living on McD's or junk food (although I like the odd bite). I like to travel and experience different cusines. Muffins, cakes, BBQ, any kind of pasta. Or sushi. Huge neapolitan cooking traditions, especially when it comes to Xmas or Easter dishes. But we've always experimented a lot. Muffins. Oh God my Muffins. Somehow, champagne risotto never turns out as good as mum's.
