Double Quick Dinner Rolls
I have to say that I was skeptical about this recipe, but I was mistaken! Very easy, very tasty. My family loved these dinner rolls. From the reviews, I thought they would turn out like a biscuit. They were light and fluffy. Dough is thinner than what I am used to, but do not let that discourage you. I doubled the recipe, worked fine. I made the dough a few hours before dinner, I let it rise for 20 min, then stuck in fridge. (it continued to raise in fridge). 30 min. before dinner, I stuck dough in muffin tins (sprayed with pam). Put in oven and poof, they came out beautiful. I will make these often.

Yeast Raised Christmas Waffles
I have tried other waffle recipes from this site and this by far is the best. Nice crunchy outside, soft in the middle. The first time I tried this I followed the recipe...excellent. The 2nd time I tried it I didn't have the time or all of the ingredients...turned out great also..here is what I did the 2nd time. I didn't have time to whip the whites, so I just added them whole. I also ran out of vanilla, so I used immitation rum extract. It gave the waffles an awesome flavor. Also for the milk, I always use non-fat milk, so I added the sugar to the warm milk then sprinkled the yeast. It frothed up better that way. Kids thought these were the cream of the crop. Oh..I also had my waffle iron on 6 (hottest setting). Happy waffle making!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I thought the cookie was just ok. They were soft like they were supposed to be, but just not the flavor I personally was looking for. I will use my recipe until a better one comes around.
