Amazing Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
this came out fantastic - i cooked the sausage in the oven on a broiler pan and let a lot of the grease drain off... cooked in the crock pot and added the kale in the last 30 min and the cream just before serving... brought it to work and everyone loved it. not for the calorie conscious though: served with parmesean cheese and crusty italian bread.

Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs
These were good, but not fantastic. Having never made ribs before I followed the recipe exactly... I used boneless pork ribs... maybe with a bone they'd be better. Still found them kind of dry... The BBQ sauce was yummy though, but probably could have used just a bottle of any kind and it would have had the same results...

Amazing Spicy Grilled Shrimp
These were really great - I didn't have sesame oil - so I skipped that, and used a Thai garlic chili sauce and followed the rest of the recipe exactly... I cooked on the grill and served with a Lemongrass and Chili Thai noodle side dish (premixed) and it was great... I brushed a little bit of the marinade I had reserved after cooking. I used the easy peel shrimp (jumbo) and left the shell on before cooking -- this is kind of a pain because its messy getting them off after once their marinaded; but i find doing it this way keeps the shrimp from getting totally dried out... if serving for company though, I always peel off the shells... I'll definitely be making this one again.
