Let me just say - I volunteered to make this for Thanksgiving and I hate cranberry sauce.. until now. It was so easy to make. I used the whole cup of OJ but added a pinch of ground ginger and cinnamon. I also added about a tablespoon of crushed pineapple and some pecans to the top before serving.

AWESOME!!!! Thickened with a little cornstarch and served with Fritos, sour cream and some more cheese on the side! Picky Hubby even liked it! The Cinnamon seemed a little weird, so I only used 1/2 tsp as others did... but it totally worked. Great flavor. Can't wait to make again!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. We LOVE this local italian restaurant and they serve a bread like this.. so I wanted to try to make it. I have never had much luck at making bread.. but let me tell you this was FANTASTIC!!!! Made exactly like directions except added all the rosemary in the dough- and added kosher salt to the top!! AWESOME!! My husband said it was better than the restaurant and my 13 year old son ate 1/2 a loaf.. He would have eaten all of it if i let him lol. He's already asked me to make it again next week. Thanks for a great recipe!!
