Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice
This is the best! I tweak a bit... I use Van Camps New Orleans Stlye Kidney beans (they are the best) Use 4 cans. I use Chicken broth INSTEAD OF WATER. and I use a whole package of aundoule sausage AND a whole package of Smokey Hollow cajun Sausage. We live an hour from New Orleans and my family loves this better than any we have eaten anywhere!

Chicken Pot Pie I
Followed exact directions but did add two cans of cream of chicken soup instead of one...DELICIOUS! This will be a regular dish in our home.

Cajun Style Red Bean and Rice Soup
I live in South Mississppi, and my family LOVES this recipe! I leave out bacon and ham hock, I mix Anduoille sausage and smokey hollow cajun sausage. Also, I use 4 cans Van Camps New Orleans style Canned red beans instead of dried kidney beans....Also, cut the chicen broth in half, we like it thick! Huge winner in our house!
