Tuscan Style Bean Soup
I have made this soup a few times and love it. It is very filling and easy to control sodium content. I have made it substituting the thyme with fresh basil and added mushrooms. I will continue to make this soup!

Stuffed Pepper Soup II
This soup is great, I always smashed my stuffed peppers when I ate them so this is perfect! I used brown rice since it's what I had on hand and it was wonderful!
