Blue Cheese Burgers
This is a superb recipe to use with ground turkey. The additions to the meat yield an incredibly moist, flavorful burger. I found a blue cheese that comes in a wax shell, has an ideal texture that crumbles nicely and distributes extremely well through the meat. Now we never make turkey burgers any other way. Terrific topped with avocado, too!
