Oregano-Lemon Chicken
This was so terrifc! I used boneless skinless chicken breast cut up into bite sized pieces and served it over rice with veggies on the side. Qiuck, easy and delicious! This will be going on the monthly dinner menu for sure.

Bodacious Brownies
I have baked these twice in three days! My husband said "why didn't you think to make brownies sooner?". lol I did have to increase the baking time by 8 minutes, for a total baking time of 33 minutes, and they were moist and perfect. What I really like is that you mix all of the ingredients into the pot, so you only need to use one other bowl for mixing the dry ingredients. I bake so often, it's useful to cut down on the mess. Thanks for a terific recipe!

Sourdough Scones
Excellent recipe! I have been looking for sourdough recipes since I developed my own starter (equal parts flour and water, fed daily for 5 days then refrigerated and fed weekly). I used baking powder instead of cream of tartar, and I used coarse sea salt in place of regular salt. I topped with milk as suggested and added brown rock sugar. The taste is incredible! Even my husband ate them, and he is very picky about baked goods. This is a great way to use my sourdough starter, thanks!
