If it has to do with cooking, I'm all there. My favorite dishes to cook would have to be appetizers. Appetizers are a happy food, and when your guests are eating them, if there good, they know there's more good food to follow. Italian, Jewish, Asian, American, Mexican. It doesn't really matter, I just love to cook. I have a Raspberry/White Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake that I made for the first time for some dinner guests and was asked by a major corp. to purchase the recipe from that dinner. I made some kind of Luau Chicken that was so bad, the dog even turned his nose up at it.
