If it has to do with cooking, I'm all there. My favorite dishes to cook would have to be Appetizers. Appetizers are a fun wonderful way to set the tone for the evening. A good appetizer will keep them coming back for more all night long. Italian, Jewish, Asian, American, Mexican. It doesn't really matter, I just love to cook. I entered a contest in a local grilling competition and came in second place my first time out. It was 20 degrees outside and here we were grilling on a charcoal grill at 6 in the morning.
