Very good and very easy! Followed the recipe exactly,and used Sweet Baby Ray's sauce to finish it off. Delicious!

I have never been a fan of meatloaf, but my husband likes it so I have tried it numerous times over the years. This is the first one I've tried that I really liked. It was very easy too. I didn't have "Cheese Ritz crackers" as recommended by Connie Rempel in the first review, so I used a mixture of traditional Ritz crackers and Cheez Its. Worked very well. The meatloaf held together well, and was moist and flavorful. Will definitely make this one again. Thanks for the post.

I couldn't believe how good these tasted. It was so easy, and made a nice, simple, elegant appetizer. I added italian seasoning to the oil and vinegar and drizzled it over the appetizers. I also bought a large ball of fresh mozzarella and cut it into chunks rather than using the small mozz balls. It made a very nice presentation as well. Will definitely be doing this one often.
