Moroccan Chicken and Whole Grain Couscous
This was a great recipe although I did make a few changes. I didn't have gloves so I used crushed garlic instead. I was worried about it being runny so I cut the chicken broth in half. After the coucous was cooked I put it directly into mixture. I then added a bit more broth, a little at a time, to get the proper consistenc A keeper for sure although next time I will get cloves to see which is better..

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were fantastic. I gave some to my staff and they loved them. Stirring in the chocolate was a little difficult because there is not too much liquid so it took a little work but they turned out crispy and not chewy. A definite keeper.

Turkey Noodle Soup
Okay, I cheated on this but it turned out great. I boiled down the Thanksgiving turkey carcass and used the broth for the base of this recipe. As recommended by other reviewers, I added a teaspoon of garlic powder, basil, thyme and poulty seasoning. I then added 2 packages of Knorrs' dry vegetabe soup mix and 3/4 cup of orzo pasta. Fantastic. This will go down as one of my favorite soups.
