About this Cook
Only child, Joined the Navy 9/10/01, Honorable discharged 9/9/07, Electrical Engineer with Caterpillar Switchgear at present.
My favorite things to cook
Spaghetti, Lasagna, Fajitas, Enchiladas, Crunchy-cheesy-chewy Tacos, Chicken parmesean, bacon wrapped chicken Kabobs (<-found @allrecipes.com), Cookies, cakes, pies & bars.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas Dinner is spaghetti OR Ribeyes and Steamed Shrimp. Mom makes a fantastic Microwaved "baked" chicken with StoveTop Stuffing. The winter stew that sits on the stove for days- that's all we'd eat for a weekend!
My cooking triumphs
Tira Misu, Apple Pie (everything from SCRATCH!), Sushi!!!, expresso-chocolate chip cookies.
My cooking tragedies
I made chicken fajitas for friends and undercooked the chicken- nearly killed a friend of mine!! He was in BAD shape all night long.

YUM YUM YUM! I adore this recipe. It's something totally different and really broke up the monotony of weekday dinner.

Ladyfingers
I followed the recipe exactly. They didn't turn out as fluffy as those in some pictures, but they baked perfectly and made the most excellent tira misu!
