I'm a bachelor living in Shockoe Bottom who is trying to expand his cooking repertoire. I can't say I'm a great cook, but I'm getting better all the time. My favorite dishes are mostly Asian-inspired, but I also enjoy Italian and Southern cuisines quite a bit. The first time I was able to make my dad's recipe for Chicken Parmigiana, which is a process that takes most of the day. Luckily nothing overly egregious but I've experimented with a couple dishes that weren't worth finishing, let alone keeping leftovers.
