This is one of my fave salads. It is always a hit with family and friends. I decided against using cornflour and water. i drizzled the dressing over the salad just before adding the bread and serving. i rubbed the bread with one garlic clove and brushed it with olive oil and toasted it til it was golden and crunchy. PERFECT!
