This recipe was way to sweet for our taste. We ended up throwing all of the carrots out. I normally cook the carrots and then lightly glaze in a mixture of butter, orange juice and a spoonful of brown sugar. I think I'll stick with that - the marmalade was just to sweet for us.

This was pretty good, but, really nothing special for us. I might add it into the rotation from time to time for something different, but, won't be a regular meal for us. Next time I'll try using spicy BBQ sauce instead of teriyaki sauce. Do follow other reviewers' suggestions to add the cheese and bacon at the last 10-15 minutes. 7/28/08 We tried this again with bbq sauce - still didn't care for it.

We are chocolate lovers so we thought this was great! Sometimes I add toffee bits or add walnuts to the brownies for a little crunch. My next plan is to try making with blonde brownies with butterscotch chips and using a butterscotch pudding.

This is SO good and really "week-day meal friendly" since I can make it in the crock pot. I doubled the meat and soup and added a little garlic. The sauce was really thin, so, after cooking I poured the sauce into a frying pan on the stovetop and added the cream cheese and a spoonful of sour cream. After that is combined I dissolved 1 tbsp. of cornstarch into 2 tbsp. of water and added to the mixture. I heated until it was the desired consistency I liked and then added the meat back into the sauce and served. My husband doesn't like egg noodles so I have served this over white rice or garlic mashed potatoes. This is real comfort food to me!

This was really good and easy to make. I didn't use the orange juice concentrate because I didn't have any - but, I didn't feel like the recipe was missing it. I also adjusted the spices to our taste - I used less cinnamon & nutmeg and added a little pumpkin pie spice. It was a perfect compliment to gingersnaps.

Fabulous! I used on the "Too much chocolate cake" recipe from this site. I also doubled the recipe. So good - it never hardens but stays a rich fudge-like consistency. I also plan on subbing out the chocolate chips for peanut butter chips.

This is a chocolate lover's dream!! It is so good and VERY CHOCOLATEY!! We are huge chocolate fans, so, instead of powdered sugar I poured the "satiny chocolate glaze" from this site over it (yum!). Next time my husband requested a peanut butter glaze.

This was very simple and easy to make. I only found one brand of Russian dressing and thought it looked too creamy (like Thousand Island) - but, it actually worked perfectly. I only used 1/4 cup of honey based on other reviewers suggestions and it was plenty - any more would be too sweet. In my oven I only needed to cook it for 45 minutes instead of the full hour - I cooked until the pork registered 160 degrees and then took it out, covered with foil, and let sit for 10 minutes. I thought this was really good - my husband liked it, but, he thought the onion taste was a little strong for his taste.

My husband really liked this recipe. It is good comfort food after a long day at work and quick to make if you don't have much time. I thought the ketchup taste was a little strong, but, he liked it as is. If you plan on serving it with mashed potatoes - you definitely need to double the "gravy" recipe so you have enough.

I was disappointed in this recipe. I was looking for a different way to cook my pork chops in the slow cooker than the mushroom gravy recipe I usually use. It seems as though a lot of people liked this recipe, so, maybe it is just our tastse, but, both my husband and I thought this was pretty bland. The cooking time was off also - so mine were pretty dry. I like a thicker sauce and this was pretty thin. You could probably try to reduce the sauce on the stove for more of a glaze consistency. I won't try this one again.

We were not crazy about these muffins. I have made muffins from a box mix that tasted the same and took less time at a much lower cost. I also thought the sides and bottom were very crunchy. This may have been my oven - but they were a pefect golden brown color but crunchy. I don't plan on making these again.

This is definitely in our rotation. It is so quick and very good. I cut the recipe in half and only cook 3 chicken breasts for my husband and I. For a change, I think I am going to try adding a layer of ham over the cheese for a "cordon bleu" twist.

This was a very quick and easy dish to prepare, but, it had very good flavor - the cream cheese made it rich and creamy. I did make a few changes. I only had 1% milk and thought it would be too thin, so, I used part milk and part heavy cream. I also marinated and cooked some chicken and steamed some broccoli that I added to the dish. It does make a lot of food. I would definitely make this again. Next time, I plan on leaving out the broccoli and adding some sun-dried tomatoes.

This is REALLY good and simple to make. I use a little less sour cream and add a little cream cheese to the mix. I use whatever cheese I have on hand - pepperjack, feta, or cheddar - and they are all good.

This was very good and easy to make. I used white chocolate instead of the dark. I also had leftover candy canes so I just crushed up those instead. Very simple to do and the red and white candy looked great in the white chocolate. This was perfect for us - but if you like a stronger peppermint taste, add a little peppermint extract to the melted chocolate.

This was very easy to prepare. Halibut wasn't in season, so I used grouper instead. I wasn't crazy about this - I think it was the strong taste of dijon and horseradish on such a mild fish. I did give it a higher rating though because my husband, who is not a fan of fish, really liked it so I would definitely make it again. Next time I will try to stick with the original recipe and use halibut.

Fantastic! My husband doesn't normally like fish, so, I am tying to find a recipe that he will like. He loved this. The reduced glaze drizzled over the top really makes the dish. The market didn't have fresh mahi-mahi so I used salmon steaks instead. I also broiled the fish - about 4-5 minutes on each side (for 2 inch salmon steaks). It was perfectly cooked and had wonderful flavor. I do think if you opt to use a thicker cut of fish like we did you will need to marinate it longer to really have the flavor soak in. Really Delicious.

These were so easy to make and looked beautiful. I thought these were wonderful and very chocolatey. I did have a few people along with my husband tell me they thought it needed something else other than just chocolate. Next time I might add some coconut, nuts, or toffee bits.

As a suggestion from a previous reviewer I served this with the Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread and it was a big hit! I cut the pumpkin bread in big chunks instead of slices so it could be easily picked up. It is not too sweet and just perfect with the pumpkin bread. It looked beautiful on a platter with the fluff in the bowl in the center surrounded by the pumpkin bread. It was a huge hit at Thanksgiving!

This is the best pumpkin bread recipe I have found. I have made it five or six times and everyone raves about it. I do add a little extra spice to it (pumpkin pie spice) just because we like the spice flavor a little stronger. It tastes even better the next day and freezes really well.
