Grilled Potatoes and Onion
So easy and tasty. Just like a baked potato off the grill! I will experiment with seasoning next time.

German Pancake
I made this recipe once and my family loved it. Now my husband makes it almost every weekend. A little time consuming, but great results! We use the extra sauce on French Toast and ice cream.

Oven Fried Chicken II
My family loves this recipe. I use skinless chicken thighs to reduce the fat a little. Great flavor and alot less messy than regular fried chicken.
