Apple Bread
awesome recipe! the batter is very stiff, but if you let the chopped apples sit in the sugar for a few hours you'll have just enough liquid to mix in the flour. like others i experimented with using applesauce instead of oil & a brown sugar/white sugar mix. this recipe works well with both alterations. i also added 1/2tsp of nutmeg for a little extra flavor.
