Tiger Butter II
Just as I remembered from my mother's kitchen! I made it with creamy peanut butter, and it was still great, although I think I will try it with crunchy as the recipe directs. It would probably be even better with a touch of crunch. Everyone loved it at my holiday party!

Sweet Potato Bake
Awesome! I made it without the nuts, as my husband is allergic, and was worried that it would negatively affect the taste, but it was fantastic!

Raspberry Trifle
Good, but the raspberries make it a bit tart. I may try soaking the raspberries in sugar overnight first.
