I live in rural NW Montana with my DH Robert, and our dogs and cat. I have always loved to bake, even when I was little. I am still working on the cooking part, but will always love to bake. When my Grandma was alive, every holiday was at her house with lots of wonderful food. I wished that I had thought to learn more from her before she passed away. I made chocolate mousse from scratch as a teenager and it was great! I now bake for my husbands clients and also put together their lunches and have gotten raves from professional chefs and caterers - that is a wonderful compliment. There are far too many to count... lets just say that when it comes to cooking, common sense is not one of my gifts.
