Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce
Oh my gosh, this was so good. my husband said it ranked up there with one of the best steaks he has had. pretty impressive words considering this was my first attempt to cook a steak. This was so tender. I did change one thing and that was to use merlot for the sauce. It was great! I also increased the cooking time to 20 min for my husbands medium steak and 25 for my medium well. It was so easy yet elegant! Thanks!

Chicken Milano
This recipe is amazing. I doubled the sauce so that the noodles could really soak it up. Also, added fresh mushrooms at the same time I added the sundried tomatoes. I will make again and again! Thanks for a great recipe

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
So good and so easy! Like others mentioned I only added 1/4 cup of milk and onion soup mix. In addition I mixed the ketchup and brown sugar together and used as a glaze on top. My husband litterally scrapped the loaf pan clean of the sauce. Will make again! Thanks for a great recipie!
