Breakfast Pies
This recipe is amazing! I read that other reviews mentioned it was too dry. I used half a bell pepper and half an onion rather than 1/8 cup each. I felt that this added some moisture to the biscuit. I used grands jr flaky biscuits and they turned out great. I made sure I sprayed Pam on the muffin pans and flattened out the biscuits and left them on a plate until i was absolutely ready to put them in the pan. Right before I placed them in the muffin pan, I flattened them and spread them out some more because they DO tend to shrink back into a smaller size. My husband LOVED them. I made them last night and tonight again as well. They reheat wonderfully, and I serve them with a side of country gravy to dip them in. (the dry mix packaged kind at the store) LOVE THIS RECIPE!!!!
