Taco Pie
The kids like this one, I wasn't too impressed. It lacked flavor. Probably would have been better if I had added more seasonings and veggies.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
This was a delicious and different dessert. Like others, I cut the sugar in the cream cheese and the topping, as well as the butter. (I Used margarine.)I also used low fat cheese and low fat crescent and no honey. My family loved it.
