Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
This has been my wife's favorite sandwich since she was a kid. My boy's and I were skeptical at first but now it is one of our favorite too.

Oatmeal Chocolate Coconut Chewy
Fantastic cookies! I too substituted butterscotch chips for the chocolate chips and pecans for the walnuts.

Creamed Peas and Potatoes
I have been looking for a recipe like this ever since my mother-in-law passed away. She use to always make this and it was my favorite vegetable. i think she used to buy frozen peas and potatoes and doctor it up. Can't find the peas and potaotoes together any more, so I was excited when I found this. Only chnage I made was that I used three potaotes instead of four.
