I want to own my own restaurant , and i want to got to the cordons Bleus cooking school in either england or france. I don't have a favorite i love variety, my family is so different so it is so fun to see their enjoyment in getting to eat what they want whenever they want. When My sisters and we make a roast chicken once a year we exparment and make rosemary potatoes, and greek salds and we always try something new. once i stayed up until about 2 in the morning roasting a chicken. i played with it and added things as i went along i put it in the oven aroung 7 at night just cuz it would go bad if i didn't and it came out amazing it was the best chicken i have ever had and it lead to my favorite family cooking tradition. once i was making a choocolate cake and i messed it up it came out like clay.
