Chocolate Cupcakes
Easy and delicious! I was able to make it without an electric mixer and with two toddlers and the cup cakes turned out fabulous. Moist, rich, yummy...

Rich Chocolate Frosting
Not to my taste -- too sugary and not buttery enough. And be warned that the portions are absurd. I halved the recipe for 2 dozen cupcakes and still had a ton left over!
