Vegetable Spaghetti Bake
Healthy, but bland. I had to add some Tobasco to my sauce to give it some kick. Lots of prep time too. Probably won't make this again.

The Best Thai Coconut Soup
GREAT! I used shrimp instead of chicken and didn't add the cilantro as I don't like the flavor, but my family of four gobbled it up! I'm planning on making it again this week!

Key West Chicken
One of the best marinades EVER. My husband is a great griller so ours was extra juicy as well. This ones a keeper.
