Pumpkin Gingerbread
Delicious!! I followed this recipe exactly, though I added nutmeg instead of cloves bc I didn't have any. I made this into muffins and cooked them maybe 20 minutes at 350. I also added a few butterscotch chips to some of the muffins, which caramelized and are so yummy! I highly recommend this recipe!

Creamy Caramel Flan
This flan was the BEST! You can't taste the cream cheese very much at all, which was something that I was worried about. It just adds a dense, creamy texture and cuts the "egginess" that flans sometimes have. This will now be my flan recipe! Yum!

Pumpkin Turkey Chili
This chili turned out great! I served it to my husband without telling him what was in it and he gobbled it down! The pumpkin flavor isn't prominent at all, it just cuts down on some of the acidity that chili can have. Fun seasonal dish!
