Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This pumpkin bread is YUMMY !! I was looking for something that was similar to Starbucks pumpkin loaf. I followed the recipe, except minus cloves and doubled other spices. It was the best right out of the oven!! I love the smooth texture and the crust turns out a little crisp. Definitely a keeper!

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls
I was looking for something a little different from the normal chicken recipe. This recipe is delicious!! I followed the advice of others to make it simple, and placed the chicken in a glass baking dish, smothered in pesto and cheese and baked! It was so easy and so good!
