Easy Hamantaschen
As an incredibly inexperienced baker, I found this recipe reasonably simple and very tasty. With the first batch I made the mistake of not rolling the dough thin enough. The taste wasn't impacted, but they didn't hold their shape. The second batch turned out with a better triangle shape. When I make these again I won't add the flour all at once, seeing as I probably added another cup while I was rolling the dough.

Creamy Pork Tenderloin
I just made this for the second time and it only gets better. I made two changes: used maple bacon, and sprinkled the pork with cinnamon, in addition to the salt, pepper and paprika. Obviously, it came out slightly sweet.

Polly Welby's Excellent Chocolate Mousse
This was so easy! I've never made mousse before and it came out perfect. Per some of the other reviews, I added 1.5 tb of sugar (I scaled the recipe back to 2 servings, so if you made it in it's original form, you would use 3 tb). I also made sure to add the chocolate slowly. Once the cream was whipped, I added one dollop of chocolate and mixed for 15-30 seconds until blended. I repeated this 3-4 times until the chocolate was gone.
