Shrimp Etouffee II
Very good and just as good the next day.I mixed the left over rice with the shrimp and the left overs were yummy too.

Rich Pasta for the Poor Kitchen
I couldn't find my recipe for this which was called spaghetti alfredo. The only difference was 1/4 cup of milk. Since I was out of milk, I followed this recipe. Just as good! Makes an excellent side dish.

Shrimp Scampi Bake
I agree with some of the other reviews. Watch your time - my shrimp was a little tough after 10 minutes.
