Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Holy Cow! Now THIS is a Brussels sprout. I'm a sprout fan - eat them several times a month, but I've blindly been eating them "old school" just steamed with butter, salt & pepper. I can't believe what I've been missing. Thanks so much for sharing!!

Sand Tarts

Amazing, amazing, amazing! I made the cookies early this afternoon and they're already gone! The only change I made was to roll the cookies in powdered sugar the second they came out of the oven - it eliminated the need to sweat them in the ziplock bag. THANK YOU for sharing this recipe!

This bread is amazing! I've never made homemade bread before and it was so simple! I did reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup but followed everything else to the letter and it was perfect.

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

What great dressing! Only modifications were to flip amounts of mayo/sour cream at other users suggestion & I added a few dashes of lemon juice and fresh chopped parsley. AMAZING! (I also doubled bleu cheese - but that's just a personal preference.) I will NEVER use another bleu cheese dressing recipe! Thanks so much for sharing!

Snow Grapes

I have this recipe - got it from my mother-in-law. Prior to serving I put a 1/4 in layer of brown sugar on top & then another layer of toasted pecans. It finishes the dish perfectly. Try it, you'll love it!!

Best Ever Popcorn Balls

These popcorn balls were fantastic! I've never made them before but needed some for a bake sale & am SO glad I found this recipe. My kids & husband loved them so much that I did not leave the house with as many as I made for the bake sale! The only change I made was to use kettle corn instead of regular popcorn. Thanks for the recipe! UPDATE: I've been tinting the glaze with food coloring - makes it SO much easier to see if you've evenly coated all of the popcorn.

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

This was awesome! My husband was telling me of a cake like this his mom used to make him so I came to this site & found this recipe. He was in heaven!! The only modification I made was to double the swirl mix & use brown instead of white sugar for it. I also used a powdered sugar glaze to finish it off. Delishhhhhhh!

Yogurt Cake

This cake was incredible. The only modification was decreasing the sugar to 1 1/2 cups. I pulled it out of the oven 35 minutes ago and my family has already eaten half of it! Thanks for sharing . . I will definitely make this again!

Martha's Vegetable Beef Soup

This was fantastic soup!! As recommended by other users I substituted beef broth for the water and sauteed onions & garlic with the ground beef. Instead of mixed vegetables (not a fan) I added corn, green beans & potatoes. Also used diced tomatoes instead of stewed. My husband suggested green chili's next time . . . and there will DEFINITELY be a next time with this recipe! Thanks for sharing.

Grandma B's Bean Soup

We loved this soup!! The recipe was simple but provided a very tasty meal. Following other reader's suggestions, I did add 2 cans of chicken broth instead of just water for the cooking. I also added more ham. Made for a happy family on a cold night! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!
