I'll be perfectly honest, I'm more interested in eating than cooking, but cook out of necessity. I love this website since it gives me great recipes that fit within my cooking level. I enjoy cooking southern style food & Mexican. I also love, love, love to bake. We really don't have traditions, but I'm slowly getting my two youngest children interested in cooking and baking. Winning the Cinnamon Swirl Cake "bake-off" against my sons! Mom rulezzzzzzz!!! Accidentally leaving the bag of "stuff" inside the first turkey I roasted!
