About this Cook
I have a daughter who just turned 3, so I am always tring new recipes that don't use a lot of ingredients and is good enough to get her approval.
My cooking triumphs
I had to make dinner and it was one of those nights when I did not feel like cooking, but I had to because my sister was visiting from out of state and my daughter hadn't eaten yet. And I had bone in chicken (which I never use) and I had absolutely no recipes for bone in chicken so I decided to wing it (haha) and it came out really good. My daughter even ate it, including the mushrooms that were in it which was surprising.
My cooking tragedies
Pretty much anytime I overcook, burn, or make something that isn't seasoned enough ruins my meal and my mood.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
I had balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing and just used that. I also added honey to it so it wasn't as tangy. I've already made this recipe twice!!

Warm and Spicy Autumn Punch
I made this drink last thanksgiving and everyone loved it, but it was really good. Make sure its still warm when you drink it because it isn't as good cold.
