Gingerbread Boys
I am not a huge fan of gingerbread cookies, but I found this recipe to be very delicious and followed it to the letter. I did however find I had a very difficult time making decent cutouts. I would definitely make these again.

Crustless Pumpkin Pie
I made this pumpkin pie yesterday afternoon with my children by yesterday evening it had been completely devoured. I did alter it just a bit added a 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp ground cloves. Instead of using canned pumpkin I used a real pumpkin that I cooked and pureed. It was fabulous and my children and I enjoyed every bite.

Merwin's Chicken Marsala
This recipe is good, but not the best, but is better than some of the other recipes I have found. I was looking to find a recipe that tasted more like chicken marsala I got at the Bucca Di Beppo Restraunt.
