Barbeque Halibut Steaks
delicious, saved some marinade for sauce to add a bit of flavor at serving. cooked in oven - next time will try BBQ.

Italian Style Flounder
what did I do wrong? It was very mushy so I continued to cook it. When I decided it was ready to serve it tasted like we were eating cotton balls!!

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread
Good bread; easy to make but why hasn't this recipe been revised to include raisins as shown in picture and is typically in soda bread?? Caraway seeds are optional.
