Cheeseburger Soup I
My family really likes this soup, so I've made it a lot. I prefer a thicker soup, so I use a full pound of ground beef, two cups of shredded cheddar cheese and four 14.5oz cans of Swanson Chicken Broth (which cooks down nicely during the boiling/simmering process). There is definitely enough salt from the broth, butter, and cheddar cheese, so I'd avoid adding more.
