Anaheim Fish Tacos
Having never tried fish tacos before, I was excited to try this recipe. Unfortunately what I ended up with was a soupy, bland mess. I suppose something could have gone wrong on my end, although I didn't alter the recipe. However, with an end product so disappointing, I'm not willing to give it another try.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
This was very, VERY good. My 4-year-old even liked it! Skipped the jalapenos (used two cans of chiles instead), and added only a dash of cayenne. Pureed one can of beans to make the broth thicker. This will definitely be part of our winter soup rotation. Thanks for the recipe!

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese
Loved this recipe! I had never tried Swiss Chard before, but was given a free bunch at a local farmer's market and decided to try it. I'm SO glad I did. Great flavor ... and full of vitamins, iron, potassium, fiber, etc. Thanks for the recipe!
