Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
I think this is outstanding. I always used canned but didn't have any in the house. I don't think that I will ever go back. I took into account the mild comments and increased the cumin, garlic, and onion salt each to 1 tsp. I think that helped a lot. The flavor was awesome. I think if you really wanted to spice it up you add a little bit of red pepper. You won't get the heat from more chili powder that was the perfect amount.
