Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
I think this is outstanding. I always used canned but didn't have any in the house. I don't think that I will ever go back. I took into account the mild comments and increased the cumin, garlic, and onion salt each to 1 tsp. I think that helped a lot. The flavor was awesome. I think if you really wanted to spice it up you add a little bit of red pepper. You won't get the heat from more chili powder that was the perfect amount.

Cindi's Egg Rolls
Oh my goodness. I have never liked Egg rolls but my culinary arts class made these today for a chinese dinner. I am going to make them at home. I could not believe how good they were - We used Pork.

Rice Seasoning Mix
This is everything that I have been looking for in a great rice side dish it was delicious. I cut the recipe in 4 just to try it and I still have probably enough mix for 2 or 3 batches. I also used 2 cups of instant rice and 2 cups of water then added a couple Tbsp of butter after it cooked. But the flavor of the mix was awesome.
