About this Cook
I'm a mother of five, I love cooking meals that everyone in my family will enjoy. Sometimes it's hard because they can be picky. I like growing herbs and vegetables in the summer to use in my recipes, it does make a difference when its fresh!
My favorite things to cook
I love grilling just about anything. Even in the middle of winter, as long as its not colder than zero! I also love making big family style meals when I have time.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This is a delicious recipe. The only change I made was using a little olive oil mixed with the butter to keep it from becoming too dark. My family loved this and I will be making it again for company.

Fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake
This cake is very moist with a nice texture and flavor. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because after taking it from the oven it sunk in the middle and I had to put it back in for about 10 more minutes. It then came out nicely browned and still very moist. I will make this again.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I have used this stuffing for the past three Thanksgivings and it is by far my favorite. I do omit the liver and use pork sausage. The cranberries are a wonderful contrast with the sausage. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
